This product is a DIY Self install shell kit. It includes a set of shells for the Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-con that must be installed by the end user. No tools are included.

We offer installation service! We know you may not be comfortable installing these shells on your own, that's why we offer installation service! While we can't accept mail in joy-con for installation, we can install this set of shells on a new set of joy-con 2 for you with the purchase of the "Fully Assembled - Ready to Play" option.
