This product is a DIY faceplate. It is a simple faceplate replacement cover for the Nintendo Switch 2 pro controller that must be installed by the end user. No tools are included.

We offer installation service! We know you may not be comfortable installing these shells on your own, that's why we offer installation service! While we can't accept mail in controllers for installation, we can install this set of shells on a new controller for you with the purchase of the "Fully Assembled - Ready to Play" option.
