Your controller is ready for everyday use. We recommend washing your hands before and after using your controller. If you are prone to sweaty, oily hands, we recommend the purchase of a clear protective case for your controller for use during long gaming sessions.
Since your controller is made to order, we can only accept returns on a limited, case by case basis. We warrant that every controller is functioning and free from mechanical defects upon arrival. Should your controller give you issues connecting, simply return it to us within 7 days for a return or a repair.
